1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LightSpeed Investing, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through https://lightspeedinvesting.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Services

The Company provides an online financial education platform (the "Service"). The Service includes educational video content, written materials, AI-powered study tools, and optional 1:1 coaching sessions. All content is provided for educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON THIS SITE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. Nothing on the Site should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial asset. Always consult a qualified licensed financial professional before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. One-time coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been confirmed. Please contact support@lightspeedinvesting.com with any billing disputes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, worksheets, and software — is the exclusive property of LightSpeed Investing, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share account credentials; redistribute or resell course content; use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; harass other users or staff; or circumvent access controls.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTSPEED INVESTING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
